This privacy statement covers the collection, processing and use of personal data by Medical Service's website. Personal data such as your name, your address, telephone number or e-mail address are only collected if this information is given by you voluntarily, for example, by means of a sample or information request.We only use the personal data provided by you in order to comply with your wishes and requests and, if need be, we pass the data required for this purpose on to the supplier. For example, within the context of ordering a newsletter, the address data is passed on directly to the service provider who is sending out the brochures.
The supplier only processes personal data within the context of the agreements entered into and in accordance with the instructions of the contractor. He does not use the data provided to him for any other purpose.
If you expressly agree, we will also use the data for marketing purposes or in order to improve our services. However we will not sell your data to third parties or market it in some other way.
Following your written request, we will inform you about the personal data stored by us that relates to you. Furthermore, you have the right to block, amend and delete your data.
